On the roadmap: pair the concierge with a Reachy Mini — a small, expressive desktop robot that becomes the physical face of your persona. It listens, answers in the persona's own voice, and reacts with a nod or a tilt of the head — the same local-first brain, now with a presence on the counter. Privacy holds: it's voice and expression only — the camera stays off in guest mode, nothing is recorded, and guests can mute it anytime. An optional add-on, not required.
the per-stay reset
The concierge remembers the guest during their stay — the kids' names, the late checkout you approved, the dietary note — so it feels personal. At checkout that memory is wiped. The next guest arrives to a clean house with no trace of the last one. There are no stored guest transcripts and no guest PII retained — session memory lives in RAM and is dropped, not logged.

Lever 1
On platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo, your star rating drives search ranking, conversion, and the nightly rate you can hold — so a higher rating compounds into both occupancy and RevPAR. A concierge that answers instantly, sets the mood, and removes the “how does this work?” friction is exactly the kind of detail that turns a 4-star night into a 5-star review.
We don't quote a percentage — the lift depends on your listing, market, and where your reviews sit today. The relationship between review score and revenue is the well-documented part; the magnitude is yours to measure.
Lever 2
The repetitive guest messages — Wi-Fi, checkout, “how do I turn on the TV,” “where do I park” — get answered in the room, instantly, at any hour. That's hours of host (or co-host / cleaner) time you don't spend, and guests aren't left waiting on a reply.
You stay in the loop for anything that needs you — the concierge handles the routine, not the exceptions.

A cloud voice assistant in a rental means your guests' conversations streaming to someone else's servers, tied to your account. HomeAI reasons on the box in the property by default — and if you turn on an optional cloud AI model, guests are shown an automatic disclosure while it's active.

No rip-and-replace. HomeAI sits on top of the open-source hub that already speaks to thousands of devices, and leaves the business tools you already run exactly where they are.
Home Assistant is the control plane — HomeAI reasons on top and calls approved scenes and scripts. The devices proven at the live POC (Govee lighting over LAN, Inovelli switches, the TVs) run through it today; the rest is QA'd as we onboard your property.
Keep the property-management system, channel manager, and lock codes you already run. HomeAI is the in-room guest layer — it complements your operations stack rather than trying to become it.
On a capable box — an NVIDIA DGX Spark or an RTX-class PC — the whole brain runs locally. On a lighter box it can fall back to a cloud model. Recommended, not required, and never a dependency on any one vendor.
